As ASEL TEKNİK MAK. İNŞ. MÜH. HİZ. TİC. VE SAN. LTD. ŞTİ., we show utmost sensitivity to the protection of personal data. Personal data and special categories of personal data of individuals benefiting from our products and/or services, those with whom we have a commercial relationship, and our employees are processed and preserved by us in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as ‘KVKK’).

Your personal data and special categories of personal data may be collected, processed, recorded, stored, altered, updated, periodically checked, reorganized, classified, and preserved verbally, in writing, or electronically through methods including applications you make to our company, through affiliated organizations, public institutions and organizations, automatic or non-automatic methods, our company’s units and offices, websites, call centers, social media platforms, mobile applications, business partners, service providers, suppliers, and similar channels.

The collected personal data is processed in accordance with the procedures and principles in Article 4 of KVKK and the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6, for the purposes of benefiting you from the products and/or services provided by our company, fulfilling our legal obligations related to record-keeping, conducting necessary studies by our relevant units, customizing the services provided by our company according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and those involved in a business relationship with our company.

Your personal data may be transferred to our affiliated organizations, other group companies, insurance companies, companies and organizations both domestic and international, public institutions and organizations, private organizations with which we have a business relationship, business partners, suppliers, service providers, and any third parties/organizations designated by them, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

Your personal data and special categories of personal data are stored in accordance with the durations regulated by the relevant legislation. In this context, data subjects have the rights to:

– Learn whether their personal data is processed, – Request information if their personal data has been processed, – Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, – Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, either domestically or abroad, – Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and request that this correction be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, – Request the deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons necessitating processing have ceased, and request that this deletion or destruction be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, – Object to the occurrence of a result against the person exclusively through automated systems, – Request compensation for damages in case of loss caused by unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1 of KVKK, you can submit your request to exercise the above rights by contacting us at 0 274 230 00 79 or by sending a secure electronic signature or a written signed request to [email protected]. Our company will respond to the request free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
